  • chest push up shoulder tap

  • burbee to a regegade row/upright row

  • hammer curl-shoulder tap

  • wide arm pulse push ups

  • triceps kick back

  • tricep push ups

  • bicep hammer curl-10 tempo-pulse push up forward
